ILP - Day 7 - Sick

Woe betide anyone who dares curse homeostasis, just a few days later and I have the flu. Much of the ILP comes to a halt (3 body workout, fitness, most mental stuff, shadow work, you name it, I don't feel like it or physically can't do it). Still, the incentive to change is still there, exacerbated by Paul's successful completion of the 90 day challenge (many congratulations to him).

So the next few days will see the birth of sickblogging, and a focus on the more cerebral ILP pursuits.
